Show girl!

SKETCHABILITIES # SKETCH 82

Well its time for another sketch at Sketchabilities you can go to www.sketchabilities.blogspot.com to enter this months sketch, below is the sketch look forward to seeing your interpretation.
 
Here is my take on the sketch I used heidi swapp 12x12 cardstock resist with Heidi's colour shine mists just love these, I used some Prima patterned papers, my little bicycle transparency some lovely Prima and Green tara flowers, a prima mask with Gesso, say it with crystal pearls and some thickers and rubon's, the photo's are of my youngest Holly at her dance concert recently it was her first year at dancing and yes she was a real show girl absolutley loved performing it was so much fun to watch. All I want for Christmas

SKETCHABILITIES SKETCH CHALLENGE #81

Well its the 15th and time for another sketch challenge here at Sketchabilities with a new DT, and I am so lucky to have got a second term. I just adore Karans Sketches so pop on over to www.sketchabilities.blogspot.com and check out the new Dt's and have a go at the current sketch challenge its a ripper of a sketch I really loved working on this one so here is my take on the sketch.

For this layout I used the MMe Merry and Bright Christmas range, crafters worshop snowy tree's stencil, lots of Gesso some dusty attic christmas tree's which I covered in paper and then added gesso to make them look snowy. I used some bling flourishes and embossed the title added some prima flowers and used the new tim holtz snowflake die and lots of distressing, thanks for looking cheers!

Some chrissy scrapping

Well have had some fun playing with some of the new October Afternoon ranges Make it Merry and Farm girl, these ranges are so super cute and fun to work with so many wonderful things in this range to put on your pages.

Well its time for another sketch here at Sketchabilities, my how the year has just flown by and fast approaching Christmas. So here is the sketch below you can enter this at www.sketchabilities.blogspot.com love to see your creations.
So here is my take on this sketch I used MME background paper these have been my fav's this year
I also used Heidi Swapp no limits paper collection and some handmade goodies. The pics are of my eldest Dylan we are lucky to have the You Yangs national park at our doorstep and often head up there for walks and the kids love to explore and climb the massive boulders up there well thats for me cheers look forward to seeing you over at Sketchabilities blog!

Little Dancer

For this layout I used Cashmere Dame papers, washi tapes, kaisercraft flowers, heidi swapp alpha's, flourish with bling, echo park, glitz what knot's and inks. I took these photo's of my daughter Alannah at her dance rehearsal they had to have full hair and makeup done, she looked so pretty how could I resist not to scrap this, boy can't wait for the professional photo's to come back cheers thanks for looking see you over at the sketchabilities blog.

Altered Cage Bird Song

Well here is a project I completed over the last week, I used the Graphic 45 Bird song Paper. I made a mini album to hang in the centre of the cage, and decorated the cage with flowers and a garden on the base of the cage, a little bit of fun to create something different and a little decoration for the scrap room cheers!

A Nutcracker christmas

Finsihed my chritmas project a little decoration for the house for Christmas using Graphic 45's Christmas nutcracker paper range. I so loved this range definatly one of my favourites for this year and will add a nice touch of christmas to my house cheers!

I tawt I saw a pussy cat!

November Challenge SUYS! Yellow and Washi tape.

Well can you believe we are into November already and over at www.showusyourstuff.blogspot.com.au we have a great challenge for you to enter the colour yellow and Washi tape. Below is my layout I used Bo-Bunny papers, MME The Sweetest Thing papers, Wow Chipboard, Prima, Jillybean Alphas, Kaiser flowers, Manor house, twine, Mr heuy's mists and my handmade items are a Charms page runner and Lollipop and Purple Pumpkin button and flower.
I had this Picture from Alannah and Holly and my niece Amber taken at Movie World when we were up there recently on holidays, taken the sweet Tweety Bird!

Sketch #78 for Sketchabilities

Well its time for another sketch over at www.sketchabilities.blogspot.com and Karan has another wonderful sketch for you to create your magic! here is my take on the sketch I used the lovely MME Sweetest thing paper collection. I really loved this sketch was such a fun one to play with, used some punches, lovely flowers such as Prima, Manor house, Green Tara and some handmade a Lil Somethin also along with a few Kaisercraft flowers. Dusty attic chippy frame which I painted in Gesso, a lovely Purple Pumpkin button, some washi tape, decorative brads, embellies and twine and to finish some dylusions spray and some american crafts thickers, thanks for looking and make sure you pop over to the blog to enter this great sketch challenge cheers!

Some more Weekend Scrapping!

I used MMe Lost and Found Holloween papers for this layout some dusty attic, scrap fx, kaisercraft and a lovely Charms lollipop and some Alpha's. I got these cool photo's at the Haunted House in Surfers Paradise a little while ago, got my Hubby and holly to sit in the chair in front of these Zombies and of course they had to pull the silly faces lol! reminds me of my favourite show at the moment on foxtel the Walking Dead yeah Zombies of course! thanks for looking cheers.

Photo Shoot!

October Challenge for OUAS- Quote Life is like a camera just focus on whats important and capture the good time, develop from the negatives and if things don't work out just take another shot!

Well its so nice to be back entering OUAS challenge I have been so busy the last 2 months with DTS and some Kaiserwork which I can't show yet! that I haven't had time to do many challenges or have just ran out of time. So I had this photo of my best friend Jenny who I caught up with on my holidays in QLD recently, we had a couple of days together catching up and having a little photo shoots. We only get to see one another every 2-3 years and we both love our camera's so we had some fun taking lots of pics of each other and family's etc lots and lots of photo's to treasure and memories to keep, lots of photo's to use for future scrapping Lol! I used Bo-bunny papers, prima and Petaloo flowers, Kaiser rub-ons and Alpha's, craftersworkshop template and Gesso, thanks for looking cheers!

Here is my take on the sketch I used some gesso to cover the busy paper, and one of Dyan Revearley border masks some paint and glimmermist. I used October Afternoon Woodland Park paper and elements, some prima, Green Tara, Dusty Attic and some odds and ends embellies. We had a day outing in the school holidays up at the play space and took a stroll into the Botanic Gardens, we we got some lovely snaps with Mum and the Kids a great day out and a lovely spring day to!

Some scrapping for Chandon Craft

Well here is another layout I created for Chandon Craft, the new Prima Firefly papers they are so pretty. The kids and I had an outing in the Botanical Gardens in Geelong over the holidays and got some happy snaps of the kids.
