Arham Asylum

I so loved this sketch this month for stuck I got these good photo's of Arkham Asylum at Movie World with the kids and my niece Amber just kept snapping away or carried away lol, So I used a 8x12 photo with some MME papers so love these background papers they are awesome, used a few different stencils with paint some chippy and some embellies thanks for looking cheers!

Beach Play

I must say I just loved this sketch challenge and thought I would give it a go my first time on sketches with a twist. I snapped some great pics of Holly on holidays in Queensland recently on the beach having a good place until she noticed a Wasp, caught it in the photo just above her head she was most concerned about it being there. I did some stenciling and misting in this layout and used my August kit from A Piece Of Cake Designs a very yummy kit I must say and added a few things from my stash thanks for looking cheers!

The Climb

September challenge for Scrap the Girls

Well September challenge for this month is to scrap photo's action or sports so I did this photo's of my daughter Alannah at Sea World on holidays a couple of weeks ago at Castaway Bay on the Adventure climb, a multi level tower of beams and ropes and adventure course high and scary but she was not afraid and she loved it. I had to laugh because her older brother come down saying he had a sore foot, I think it was more him afraid of heights lol, so I used MMe On the Bright side for the background some Basic Grey papers, chipboard form Dusty Attic, Alpha's, Washi Tape and some embellies to finish off, hope you like thanks for looking cheers!

Quote Challenge

Well today I got back from a 2 week holiday in Queensland no internet for 2 weeks not by choice, and boy did I miss blog world now to get back into the swing of things and lots of creating with all my new pics yip pee!
Well we have a quote challenge happening over at SUYS www.showusyourstuff.blogspot.com.au

The world is filled with undiscovered wonders, Come little one, lets find the out together.

And here is my take on the Challenge I used some Bo-Bunny travel papers, some stenciling, lots of misting and textures and lots of embellies, my handmade item is a starfish cut from hesian with a star button. Well the photo was taken on Cable Beach at Broome pre-sunset with the camel rides in the background which we did do and so much fun, its like a carpark at peak hour all these four wheel drives pull up on the beach set up their table and chairs get out their beer's and wines to watch sunset and all the camel trains. My children had so many experiences discovering the wonders of our beautiful country on our trip around Australia with some really beautiful scenery to explore and wonderful experiences to cherish for a lifetime.
